1. How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
3. How can I track my order?
To track your order, simply email us at lowwavesh@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We’ll reply with your tracking details within 24–48 business hours.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returns are free with no restocking fees. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Learn more in our Return and Refund Policy.
5. How do I start a return?

6. Are there any final sale items?
No. We do not sell any items as final sale. Everything in our store is eligible for return within the 30-day window.
